Dear Sisters and Brothers:
You are cordially invited to attend the stated meeting on Friday, September 25, 2015, at 7:30p.m. for the purpose of initiating, receiving petitions, balloting, and transacting any business that may legally come before the Chapter. Sister Officers may wear colored gowns. This is our annual meeting and ALL are encouraged to attend.
Sisters and brothers are encouraged to bring items for the Nashua Humane Society, which include old towels, sheets, paper towels, brooms, dust pans and hand brooms, dog collars and leashes, etc. Also, on the Nashua Humane Society’s website www.hsfn.org you can shop at AmazonSmile (there’s a link on the website) and make a donation through your shopping!
Annual Meeting:
The Finance Committee recommended that the 2016 Dues structure remain as follows: The total charge will be $45 per member who is not remitted for financial reasons/hardship. This represents a dues fee of $35 and assessment of $10. Those reaching 50 year membership before 2011 are remitted in full; those attaining 50 year membership after 2011 are remitted but must pay the Grand Chapter annual per capita currently $5. We will vote on the recommendation at the Annual Meeting in September.

Congratulations: We have a lot of congratulations this month; to Bro. Larry D. Gullett PGP on an amazing and very successful 125th Grand Chapter, and to, Brother Larry, Sister Shelley M Gullett PGM, Grand Secretary, and Brother Robert S.Bean III, Grand Chaplain on a wonderful year! The following Sisters and Brothers were installed into Grand Offices: Shelley M. Gullett, PGM, Grand Secretary, Stephen. K. Bahsler, Grand Treasurer, Lois A. Taylor, Grand Martha, and Gail F. Brown, Grand Electa, and Jennifer A Taylor-Arnold, Deputy Grand Marshal. Congratulations also to Bro’s. Larry D. Gullett and Jeffrey L. Brown on receiving their 33rd Degree in Indianapolis. Congrats to Sisters Julie Marciello and Susan I Douglas PM whose daughter and granddaughter Alexis was wed this summer. Congratulations to Sister Lisa A. Strand on the birth of a son (grandmother is Elaine Strand), Natalie Prevo (Tremblay) Donahe on the birth of a daughter (grandmother is Lee Ogonowski Prevo), and Tatiana and Christopher Fowler on the birth of their daughter (grandparents are Rosa Fowler and Tony Zanichkowsky). Congratulations and welcome to our new Sister Andrea R. Sousa, and our new Brother Michael A. Arnold.
Sickness and Distress: Keeping in our prayers Sister Joyce E. Brown PM who is recuperating from a whiplash injury; Brother Frank H. Fenner PGP who was undergoing medical tests recently; Sister Tracey L Thompson PM who continues her treatment for Cancer; and always keeping in our prayers our members on our shut- in list, and those members with family members going through difficult health issues.
So that none may be forgotten, please notify the Worthy Matron or the Secretary of any sad or glad tidings.

Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G.:
Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 7:00 pm. OES members are encouraged to attend any event. Rainbow Pledge Group:
The pledge girls are actively looking for new members! Please call Sister Tatiana Fowler at 603/809-8357 if you know of a girl between 6 & 11 years old who would like to join. Our Sparkles- a group for girls age 4-6 years old- also meet at that time.
What did you miss last meeting and through Summer:
At our June meeting we initiated two new members, and also were pleased to have three f our members named as a[pointed Grand Officers for 2015-16 year. Through the summer many Pilgrim Chapter members attended the NH Rainbow 75th Grand Assembly sessions. Some of our members met during the summer at the Temple for a few afternoons of OES History Research and cleaning up of the storage closets in the Temple.
