This is our Visitation meeting. Sister Officers, please wear white gowns for the latter meeting.

Murray, Grand Representative of Nevada in New Hampshire, Sister Phyllis A. Lackie, P.M., Grand Representative of New York in New Hampshire, Brother C. The Official Visitation of Sister Gretta J. Smith, Worthy Grand Matron, accompanied by Brother Brian F. Godfrey, Worthy Grand Patron, assisted by Sister Jennifer A. Taylor-Arnold, Grand Marshal begins at 7:30 p.m.

Rehearsals: Officers rehearsals for the Visitation are February 12 at 6pm and February 19 at 12 noon. Please make every attempt to be present.

Collation: Under the direction of Sister Jennifer H. Bean, Associate Matron, assisted by Sister Judy A. Porter and Brother Robert M. Porter Jr. PP. provided by members of the Past Matrons and Past Patrons Association.

Sickness and Distress: Get well wishes to Brother Larry D Gullett PGP who had recent surgery, to Sister Joyce C Brown PM who has been hospitalized, and Sister Cynthia B Covey who had recent foot surgery and is currently at the Courville Rehab.

Congratulations: To brother C Wayne Libby who was named Grand Representative to Oregon at our recent meeting, congrats to Brother Michael Tebbetts on installation at 1st Ceremonial Master in Bektash Shrine, and to all our Brothers who were installed into various offices at Rising Sun and Ancient York Lodges.

Sympathy: To Brother Wayne Standley Jr. on the passing of his father.

Education Scholarship:
An OES Education Scholarship through Grand Chapter is available for Eastern Star members and their family members. Our Chapter has the ability to nominate one person yearly to apply for this scholarship. If you or a member of your family is interested in being considered to be sponsored by our chapter you must submit a letter to the chapter secretary no later than February 24th meeting. The letters will be read at that meeting, then a vote to choose one candidate t sponsor will happen.

Several other Eastern Star and Masonic scholarships are also available. Please contact your secretary if you need the list of Scholarships available.

What happened at the last meeting: At our January meeting the Masonic Building Association did a presentation about the structure of their group and how they keep our Temple functioning properly for all to use. We also discussed plans for the visitation in February, placed a nomination for the office of Grand Conductress, and talked about Zumba lessons. We discussed the Grand Chapter History project and suggested names for the upcoming StoryCorps.

OES Ad Booklet: Last chance to get your name in the OES Ad booklet names of which are listed in both the Charity Sock Hop AND in the Grand Chapter program booklet. If you wish to have your name listed for just $1.00 contact your Secretary NO LATER than February 24th.

Nashua Masonic Temple Directory:
Pilgrim Chapter is sponsoring the 2017 Nashua Masonic Temple Directory. Anyone interested in purchasing an advertisement, please contact Lisa JM Proulx, PM at lisajproulx@gmail.com . Individual copies of the directory will be available for a cost of $3.00 each this Spring.

Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G.:
The Rainbow Girls are actively looking for new members, as well as Majority members and Eastern Star members which they can emulate. If you wish to help out, please feel free to stop in a meeting sometime. They are always looking for new members. If you know of a girl age 11-20 years old who could benefit from the lessons taught therein, please call Sister Lois Taylor, Mother Advisor, at 603-377-6877. Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month (excluding July and August) at 7:00 pm.

Rainbow Pledge Group:
The pledge girls are actively looking for new members! Please call Sister Tatiana Fowler at 603-809-8357 if you know of a girl between 6 & 11 years old who would like to join. Our Sparkles- a group for girls age 4-6 years old- also meet at that time.
