faces on the sidelines.

NH Grand Chapter OES Scholarships:  If you, or a relative, are interested in applying for the Educational
Scholarship, and wish to be sponsored through our Chapter, you
must send a letter to the Chapter Secretary no later than February
24. All letters requesting consideration for this Scholarship
will be read and voted on at our February meeting. Only one applicant
can be chosen from each Chapter. Please contact the Secretary
if you have any questions.

Congratulationsto Bro. Michael Henry who was recently installed as Worshipful Master of Ancient York Lodge
No. 89.

Sickness and Distress:
Get well wishes continue to go
out to Sister Edith C. Holmes who is currently in the
Courville Rehab Center and to Sister Beverly F. Burleigh,
P.M.
, who is at home; Sister Jeannette L. Healey P.M.,
who is heading home after Rehab services in Laconia; Brother
Jack Caynon
who is in Rehab at Windham after having a stroke;
Sister Alison L. Lyne had recent surgery and Sister
Lois A Taylor P.M.
fractured a bone in her hand; Brother
David C. Thompson, P.G.P.
was recently in the hospital and
is at home recuperating now. They would all enjoy calls, cards
or a visit. Please also check with the Sister Joan if you have
not signed up to visit some of our shut-ins and wish to do so.
Get well wishes also go out to the members of Pilgrim Chapter
who have been ailing with the season’s latest illness.

Sympathy
is extended to Sister Inez Morrison
whose mother recently passed away.

Pennies for the Pooches: We are still collecting pennies
for the Service Dog Project for Sister Lorraine E Thompson
GGCCM , PGM.
Please make sure you bring your spare pennies,
nickels, dimes, quarters to the next meeting to deposit into
our doggy bank banks for this worthy cause.

What happened at our recent meeting?
At our January meeting our Star Points were honored. Sister
Lisa,
gave a short presentation and photo to the current
officers. Then all who had served as a Star Point in any capacity
were asked to name their office and year they served. After the
meeting we enjoyed a time of fine food and conversation.

Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G. and Pledge & Sparkles
Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month
at 7:00 pm. OES and Masonic members are encouraged to attend
ALL events. The next meetings are February 16 and March 1.

any Rainbow events at (603) 494-9299. For Pledges and Sparkles,
please call Sister Sharon M. Jackson, P.M., Pledge Mother

at (603) 579-0519 if you know of a girl between 6-11 years old
(for Pledge) and 4-6 years old (for Sparkle) who would like to
join.

Need Help Getting to a Meeting? If at any time you would like to come to a meeting and are unable to
drive, or need help getting to and from the Nashua Temple, please
do not hesitate to contact the Worthy Matron, Worthy Patron,
or the Secretary and we will arrange for transportation for you!

Program Advertisement Names for $1.00:  It
is that time of year that we look for those names for the OES
Ball Program and the NH Grand Assembly IORG program booklets.
If you wish to have your name listed under the Chapter listing
in these program booklets please contact Sister Joan and
send into the Chapter $1.00 for each program you wish to have
your name listed. Names will continue to be collected until deadline
for OES Ball on March 28, and NH Grand Assembly May 15.

Dues and Assessment:
Some members still have not paid their dues for 2011. Please check to see if you
have your dues card in your wallet, and if not, send the fee
into the Secretary as soon as possible. Dues notices for 2012
went out with the November bulletin. Dues this year is $30.00
per person and $10.00 for Special Assessment for Temple Repair
Fund. Please help the Chapter by paying in a timely manner.

Tabs for Shriners:
The Nashua Rainbow Girls continue to collect can tabs for the Shriners Hospitals as a service project
and would be more than happy to take any tabs collected off your
hands. Feel free to drop Tabs off at any meeting, or if you need
a pick up from your home feel free to contact Sister Joan
L Smith
P.M. Secretary, for pick up of tabs from your home.
