To Sister Lisa K Hollis PM whose son Mitchell recently graduated from Lunenberg High School. To Sister Jean C Sudsbury PM who recently celebrated her birthday at 90 years young. Welcome to Brother Samuel A Varjabedian who was initiated at our June meeting. Congrats to Brother Larry D Gullett PGP on his Grand Representative appointment to Ohio.

Finance Committee Report- Recommendation of Dues: After careful consideration, the Finance Committee reported that the Dues structure for 2018 should remain the same. Our current dues /fees structure is as follows:
Pilgrim Chapter Dues $30.00
Grand Chapter Per Capita fee $7.00
Nashua Building Assessment fee $10.00
Total for dues/fees for 2018 $47.00

Cost of Petitioner for membership: $35; fee for Affiliation $10.

A reminder that 2017 Dues ($47) were due at the beginning of this year and we have several who still have not paid, and some now owing over two years. Reminder- names of those owing for over two years will be read for 90-day notice for possible suspension in September. Please contact your Secretary with a payment plan if needed.
Grand Chapter: Grand Chapter of NH will be held on August 18 and 19 at the Nashua Marriott. The Business meeting with Elections and all-important Legislation will be held Saturday morning. Your secretary has a copy of proposed Legislation and Registration information – please contact her if you are interested in receiving this information. Reminder dues cards are needed to check in at Registration for Grand Chapter.
Fisher Cats Baseball Fundraiser for NH Grand Chapter– to benefit the NH Food Banks- Saturday August 5 at 7pm. Tickets Cost $14 and are available from Cindy Roger PGM.
What happened at the last meeting: At our June meeting we initiated one new member and voted to donate to the DeMolay Ad campaign for Conclave. Brother Larry D Gullett PGP was given a Grand Representative appointment to Ohio. We recognized our Past Matrons and Past Patrons with a lovely tribute. Sister Jan Washburn is looking for craft items to sell at this years’ Grand Chapter. If you have craft items to donate please contact your secretary.

NH Majority Association Sponsors Ladies Night out:
On Thursday, August 10th at 6pm at the Derryfield Restaurant- 625 Mammoth Rd, Manchester. All Rainbow Majority members are welcome to attend this social get together- come attend and have drinks while reminiscing about time in Rainbow.

Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G.:
The Rainbow Girls are actively looking for new members, as well as Majority members and Eastern Star members which they can emulate. If you wish to help out, please feel free to stop in a meeting sometime. They are always looking for new members. If you know of a girl age 11-20 years old who could benefit from the lessons taught therein, please call Sister Lois Taylor, Mother Advisor, at 603-377-6877. Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month (excluding July and August) at 7:00 pm.

Rainbow Pledge Group:
The pledge girls are actively looking for new members! Please call Sister Tatiana Fowler at 603-809-8357 if you know of a girl between 6 & 11 years old who would like to join. Our Sparkles- a group for girls age 4-6 years old- also meet at that time. All are encouraged to join the Pledges at their Father / Daughter Dance on July 29th from 7 – 9pm at the Nashua Masonic Lodge.
