At our last meeting: We had our Official Visitation and all of our Officers did a fabulous job exemplifying their ritual and floorwork! The sidelines were full with many friends to cheer on and welcome our new member into our Pilgrim Family We also donated several Huggable to the WGM Huggable project and were able to donate over $75 to the WGM project “Service Dogs”. New this year was a participation award that the WGP gives out to members that participate within the Chapter (rather than traveling outside) and MANY of our members received this for outstanding participation within the temple and within the Community! Some received their Travel pins as well for traveling to OES around the state. Sister Nancy decided to cancel the 100th Corned beef and Cabbage fundraiser which was going to be on March 10- we will look into doing a different fundraiser on a date less busy fraternally.

From the East:
Dear Sisters and Brothers, Happy Valentine’s Day!  We just had a great OV with Sister Joan L. Smith serving as Deputy Grand Matron, and boy did she do a great job!
And our officers were fantastic!  So proud of them all. We had over 70 people attend.  Sister Jenn Bean was given a Grand Representative appointment to Kansas All of the officers received service pins and some of us got traveling pins.

We sure are well represented.  We also had a fun Bowl-A-Thon, This was done in conjunction with Grand Chapter, so many chapters throughout the state participated, too.  I attended Rising Sun Lodge’s Installation and sent warm greetings to our fellow brothers.  Now that the hard work is done, our meetings will be shorter, and MORE fun and social enjoyments. Please see what is planned in the near future, we would love to see you come. In the last 2 years we have initiated 5 members
and you should come and meet them. They are all enthusiastic and come to all the meetings.  Wishing you all the very best as we travel through some possible wintry weather.  Stay safe and warm my friends!

Nancy

As always, so that none shall be forgotten, please contact the Worthy Matron or Secretary as to any sad or glad tidings!
