What happened at the last meeting: At our last meeting we voted on a donation to Jeff’s Bike Ride for the MS Society. We reported that a truckload of items collected over the past few months for Anne Marie House have been delivered and were appreciated, and that Rainbow would be taking a trip up to the Recycling bin in June if anyone is looking to donate. Plans for the 100th anniversary Celebrations are starting to move along- and Sister Nancy reported she would be doing a Corned Beef fundraiser during her term on March 9, 2019; Sister Tracey noted that for the 100th she needs much help combing through Pilgrim History and gleaning facts- she needs help with research. If a member would like to help- please contact her at 602-261-5277 or trthomps511@gmail.com. We talked about plans for Grand Chapter Collation and OES Reception as a Hostess Chapter for Sister Lisa as Grand Marshal and assigned a committee- contact the Worthy Matron if you can assist. Finally, we ‘passed the hat’ for planting supplies for the residents of Evergreen Place (The Masonic Home) as a charitable donation.

Dues: Dues ($47) were due at the beginning of this year and we have several who still have not paid, and some now owing over two years. Reminder- names of those owing for over two years will be read for 90 day notice for possible suspension in September. Please contact your Secretary with a payment plan if needed.

Silver Knights Fundraiser: The Chapter is again having a Silver Knights baseball game fundraiser on July 26 at 7pm. Tickets cost $6 and are available from Sister Shelley M Gullett PGM

Demolay Ad Booklet: Now is the time to get your name in the DeMolay Program Ad booklet given out at Conclave sessions. If you wish to have your name listed for just $1.00 contact your Secretary NO LATER than July 1st.

Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G.: The Rainbow Girls are actively looking for new members, as well as Majority members and Eastern Star members which they can emulate. If you wish to help out, please feel free to stop in a meeting sometime. They are always looking for new members. From the East: We look forward to welcoming all our Past Matrons, Past Patrons, and Longevity members this month. Without you, there wouldn’t be a Pilgrim Chapter to be proud of. The members of this chapter can stand proud and say that they are an Eastern Star. We look forward to sharing the night with you and recognizing your great accomplishments. We hope that with the good weather we can hope that many will be able to venture out and enjoy the night. I, personally, want to thank everyone for reading the bulletin, coming out to meetings, enjoying and volunteering at events, and welcoming our new members into the chapter. I am so thankful for each of you and quite proud to be a member of Pilgrim Chapter.
