Sickness and Distress: Sister Beverly F. Burleigh, P.M., was in hospital
recently, Sister Deborah A. Wall is at Greenbriar Rehab after
knee surgery and is doing well, Sister Maryellen Brown had successful
foot surgery and is on the mend, keep David C. Thompson, P.G.P.,
Patricia W Hills, P.G.M., and Frederick Duncan, P.G.P. in our
prayers

to Brother Richard L. Johnston on the death of his mother; to
Sister Bonnie L. Carbury, PGM on the death of her father, and

Huggables and Mitten Tree Collection:
We continue to collect Stuffed Animals for the Huggables program
and hats, scarves, and mittens, for the Mitten tree program for
our Visitation in June. Any donations will be appreciated for
these two worthy causes.
Chapter Town Meeting: The OES Membership Committee is conducting “Chapter
Town Meetings” around the state to discuss what makes your
Chapter Viable and to spark individual Chapter membership recruitment
ideas. Pilgrim Chapter will be having their “Town Meeting’
on Friday March 25, 2011. All members are encouraged to attend
to help in the discussion as we talk about goals and plans for
the future of our Chapter.
Old Fashioned Degree: The Old Fashioned Degree group has been requested
to perform in May 2011 and possibly February 2012. We are currently
looking for members to fill many stations, and have opportunities
as well for people to be designated back -ups for many of the
stations. There will be a meeting of the Old Fashioned Degree
group directly after the Pledge Breakfast on March 20th and all
members are welcome to attend. For more information on getting

The new edition of the 2011 Nashua Masonic Family Directory is
now available at a bargain price of $3.00. It is also available
on CD at a cost of $2.00. Contact Sister Lisa J.M. Proulx, P.M.

Polo Shirts:
Sister Lois A. Taylor is selling embroidered Polo Shirts with
the OES emblem and Pilgrim Chapter #55. The cost of these shirts
is $20.00. Please contact Sister Lois at 603-377-6877 if you
are interested in purchasing one.
Italian Night to Benefit the Bikes for
Books Program
Join the Rising Sun Brothers Friday night, March 18 for an Italian
Night on the 4th floor of the Lodge Building. With your choice
of 3 pastas and 3 sauces, we’ll be serving from 6:00 PM to 8:00
PM. This is a great chance to socialize with each other, while
raising money for the Bikes for Books Program.
Nashua Assembly #9 I.O.R.G.:
Meetings are held on the first and third Thursdays of each month
at 7:00 pm. The Rainbow girls are always looking for new members.
OES members are encouraged to attend any event. The next meetings
will be March 17 and April 7. The girls will be celebrating ‘Rainbow
Sunday’ by attending church together on Sunday, March 27th, and
they would love to have many Eastern Star members and Masons
attend the service with them. Please feel free to contact Mrs.

The pledges girls are actively looking for new members! Please

a girl between 6 & 11 years old who would like to join. Our
Sparkles- a group for girls age 4-6 years old- also meet at that
time. The next Pledge breakfast is March 20, 2011, from 8:00-10:30
a.m.
